Sam Ash Hollywood is my favorite store because of Sal Esquire, their luthier. Sal is a highly skilled luthier and a really nice guy, always eager to help, who knows what he is doing.
Nice experience at checkout, the gentleman was really helpful and patient.
MJ at the Hollywood Sunset location was awesome! I saw a Gibson ES 335 that just spoke to me. It was a big ticket purchase so as much as I wanted it I really had to stop and think. I came in a sent her up the ladder for it several different times. She was extremely patient, helpful and while she did encourage me to think about picking it up each time, it was never in a way that made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. The only store I go to. The staff, selection of equipment and knowledge they have helps me get the best gear suited to my needs. Great atmosphere and personalities there! Musicians serving musicians! Two thumbs up always 24/7 with Sam Ash!
