Just the right amount of very welcoming and happily helpful. MJ helped me out- I noticed how respectful she was when communicating with her coworker. She was great and offered options since she couldn’t order what I was looking for. Very pleasant experience!

Salesperson was very understanding after a small mishap in the store. I've shopped at Sam Ash (both drum and guitar stores in Hollywood) for years for my two boys (aged 10 and 12) and will continue to give the stores my business. Great people and great experience. I know Sam Ash could be considered "big box" but I never feel like the stores are impersonal or corporate. They feel like well staffed and well supplied local stores. Salespeople are awesome too.
Charlie the sales associate read my receipt and confirmed with the manager about my insurance on my piano and issued me a new unit based on that after telling them of problems with the piano I had bought and he also helped me pick out a mixer too. All went exceedingly well Thanks!
