What a friendly group. Really shows that its a family run business. The mentality runs all the way down to the sales staff. After an exasperating (final) time at Guitar Ceneter, I went across the street to get what guitar cemetery said they had but hadn't. Not only did the get me set up, but they got me a sweet deal. The manager was an owner of West which was my favorite store, and now he's bringing that vibe to Sam Ash!

Sam Ash is hands down the best place to buy musical equipment of any kind. I have been going there for years and Mitch is the person who I always deal with, who always takes amazingly great care of me.
