Sean helped me with a 12 string acoustic guitar and he was fantastic! No sales pressure like some other places. I originally came in for a Guild, really liked the guitar a lot, and Sean suggested a Taylor that I absolutely fell in love with, and I purchased the Taylor instead. Sean went above and beyond and now I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks!
Andrew was able to price match a synth for me and gave me an amazing deal. Of course after using it for a week I realized it was not the synth for me. Andrew graciously said no worries and allowed me to return it. I feel bad that I returned after he was able to give me such a good deal but I have to say he was such a professional about it. It's why I come to these guys before guitar center, they are good people and they do genuinely care if you're happy with an item or not. Cheers.
