I drove all the way from Ventura county to see a guitar ... this store is awesome... the girl that helped me was courteous and knowledgeable.... bought the guitar and drove back hoping the Guitar Center by my house in Oxnard had even a hint of what this store has in its staff ..

I was helped by Jr(Fdeleon Jr) in pro audio.The sound of his voice settles my stress.It comfort s me. He asked me to marry him only after he took care of a minor situation of a love triangle with another employee Frankie lovingly listened an handled my issues.. Great store! First time to be in a Sam Ash store. Staff was helpful but not pushy. I had called in to ask about a processor they had and the guy was polite and set a couple aside for me. Great experience and I will be back.
They have everything you'll need with a very knowledgeable staff, they're always super helpfully and eager to help you with whatever you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else for music equipment.
