This store has great people in the guitar department. Jeff Baumgart is knowledgeable and friendly. The store doesn't always stock things I'm looking for, but Jeff is always able to have them shipped in within a couple days.

Service at this store is ten times better than what it is at the local Guitar Center (maybe even better than what GC's service used to be 15-20 years ago when it was actually good). Great selection and prices--have bought several hard to find items there that other stores did not have. Former guitar tech Keith was excellent, but current guitar tech Gary may be even better--knowledgeable, thorough, and actually listens to customer. I live an hour away from the store, but still prefer shopping there over my local GC just 10 mi... read more

I drove all the way from Ventura county to see a guitar ... this store is awesome... the girl that helped me was courteous and knowledgeable.... bought the guitar and drove back hoping the Guitar Center by my house in Oxnard had even a hint of what this store has in its staff ..
