I called 3 other places before i called this one and i had the worst experience with those other 3 in this was just over the phone! When i called Sam Ash music store it was mind blowing on how great customer service they had over the phone I felt completely comfortable and and confident on the purchase I was about to make, I went in the store with my daughter and the customer service was amazing I have to say by far the best customer service ever thanks Doug for all your great help and every single tip you gave us my daughte... read more
