Family owned musical instrument store with excellent service and products.
This was our (my husband and I) first time in a Sam Ash store. It was the best experience making a major instrument purchase we'd ever had! We'll spend all our musical budget at Sam Ash from now on.
I don't want to go to long with this. Mark D. did a great job finding the right gear for me - well done! I brought it back for a set up where Keith (their tech) did it while I waited. It may not work that way every time, but it sure was nice today. Great Job everyone!
Keith did my set up to my newly purchased schecter synyster gates custom model! I love it and looks even better then when I had dropped it off at.. I also said to have him put on his recommend strings and it feels even better and tears up and down the fret bird THANKS KEITH BRETT is an awesome sales as well chatted about music and up coming purchases really knows his stuff.
