Any time I go to the New Haven store, everyone is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've gotten 2 guitars and e-drums there. Everything in the store is so tempting to buy. And take advantage of the 24 month financing, it rocks!

Big Jim offered good information and advice when it was appropriate, otherwise he left me alone to explore and experiment with all the acoustic guitars at my own pace. Very comfortable experience.

Firstly the product I was interested in was in stock. I called and spoke to a salesman who went to check for me to make sure it was in stock. When he assured me he asked if he wanted me to hold it and I said I would be there shortly. Great service and even better pricing.
From the moment I walked in with my daughter there was no waiting. Very attentive and was told it would take about 3 to 5 days. Her instrument was done in a few hours. Excellent job.
