Awesome experience at Sam Ash in New Haven, CT as always! Jim, Nick, Dan, and company are a knowledgeable, welcoming, and talented staff. They want you to leave with exactly what you came in for. Highly recommend stopping in, not to mention the extensive guitar effects pedal selection from so many great companies, which is personally a huge attraction.

I love stopping in Sam Ash at least once a month...only about a 15 minute ride down the Merritt Parkway...the store manager, Billy and assistant manager Eric are the friendliest guys you would ever meet and know their inventory...I think all the staff in the different departments know what they are selling and can advise you on whatever you are looking at buying...they're not pushy sales people and just want to help you get what is right for you whether it's guitar, drums, electronics and all the gear they carry.
