I went 2 stores are Guitar Center and Sam Ash. I only play banjo and lap guitar. Which store have banjo and lap guitar in store? Sam Ash have everything in store and also staff who know more banjo than Guitar Center. So I would rather to stay on Sam Ash cuz of the greats service.Â

The store manager Billy Morello was great he was very helpful and I couldn't say no to the deal, i have a hard time saying no to him anyways because he's a good guy to do business with.Â
I needed a new Viola D String and the service was immediate great and she recommended me to get a new A string for the future since it is unraveling.Â

Great shop. Musicians work here and have always tried to go the extra mile when i need it . Big Jim and the store manager are always grest to deal with . The tech / luthier does nice setups .Â
