I had to restring my violin. The last time I tried doing something like that, I nearly blinded myself (long story). So I was so happy to hear that Sam Ash would restring my violin. Not only that, they had the Helicore strings my instructor advised me to get. And then the lady who helped me was amazing and tuned it as well. I went there to purchase two ukuleles for my grand kids. Alex was extremely helpful in assisting me. Also got one for myself!! He is very helpful and patient. Look forward to continuing a relationship with the store.Â

The people and the service at Sam Ash are fantastic. There is a different music shop that is 15 minutes away from me but I drive 40 minutes to Sam Ash because every time I go to Sam Ash they go out of their way to help us. Just yesterday they were able to replace the broken corks on my daughter's clarinet while we waited since they new we traveled a bit to get there. Wonderful people. Can't be beatÂ
