Always a pleasure to walk in, and have this type of service. All of the employees are very professional, not pushy, and have high tolerance. Their patience allowed me to buy a guitar that "I liked". I was there for about 2 hours or so. A special thanks to "Big Jim". I appreciate all of the help that you gave me!

Overall a perfect experience. I brought my guitar in for an input jack issue and a setup. It was returned to me clean and exactly as I specified! Get a guitar setup done here, these guys know what they are doing!
