I went to Sam Ash yesterday in New Haven and had an amazing experience! Like no other Sam Ash or Guitar Center I've visited. I worked with Big Jim and he was, well...inspiring. My fiancé loves the Sam Ash in New Haven, CT. Literally only 9 minutes away, Eric D. Big Jim, and Jordan make everything soooo easy. Their product knowledge is top notch and they're also a great bunch of guys. I actually like taking him there, and I hate shopping usually.
I brought back a guitar we had purchased for my daughter two years before. She never really took to music. Store manager was great to work with and gave me a really fair price on purchasing the guitar back from me. Fair negotiations and more space in the closet. Unfortunately my daughter hasn't even noticed that it's not there anymore....kids.
I go to Sam Ash for almost anything I need musically and tech wise. Best Local Music Store in the New Haven Area!
