I had an awesome experience! I usually always do. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I just want you to know these guys are great! I came in with a trade in to test the waters of what I offer I would receive. I found the offer to be very fair. I had my eyes on some new monitor speakers and just had to have them. Knowledgable, patient, Not Pushy !! My experience is always a good one at Sam Ash in New Haven! After 55 years I finally purchased a new Gibson Les Paul Standard ! The employees were just as welcoming and helpful when I've been here in the past to just buy strings or browse. The guys here are extremely Honest, I have a story about that but it's too long. Your in good hands here, I'll definitely be back .
