I don't usually write reviews. But I needed an adapter/cable for an unusual application. I wasn't sure what would work, and I needed to talk with someone who had real expertise. The staff were all helpful, they figured out what I needed, and they had it in stock! This is a great resource to have in New Haven.

I strolled into the Amity Sam Ash to look around and drool over the drums and other wonderful equipment. Various back surgeries have pretty much eliminated my being able to play a full kit. However, Eric Wagnblas - one of the service people and a drummer himself - guided me on a tour of various and sundry alternatives for getting back into drumming. Thanks Eric - I appreciate your knowledge of the field and your kind advice.
