I always have a great experience at Sam Ash Store in New Haven, Ct. Generally my needs are relative to my grandchildren and the expertise and support from the staff is always welcoming and appreciated.
Big Jim was extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We had a very pleasant experience buying an electric bass guitar for our 9 year old.
Many of the employees are musicians,thus making them capable of helping you to choose the best product to accomplish your goal(s). From the Store manager on down,MUSIC is what they are into.
