My son (8) needed a new guitar so we decided to get him one he could play for years to come. Walking in to Sam Ash in New Haven/Hamden was not...."overwhelming" per se,...but...more of a WOW! It's a great store with employees that are willing to help you out and are very nice. This made the entire experience much more comfortable. The staff members who worked with me were very helpful. I traded in an older amp and bought a newer one. I feel I got an excellent trade in price for the older amp, it was in near perfect condition and the offer they gave me reflected the quality of the trade in. Great buying experience all around, I’m definitely going to be revisiting this New Haven location.
