We visited the New Haven/ Amity Road Sam Ash store for first time yesterday and are pleased to find such a good place for our music needs -- we're new to CT. Hallie helped my son get his violin up and running after months of disuse. She is knowledgeable and assessed its condition then didn't try to sell us more than we needed. She re-tuned it and re-checked it after a while to be certain it would hold that new tuning-up. We trust the place and the staff within. We're pleased!

I went to Sam Ash yesterday to purchase a trumpet for my daughter. Jesse was so helpful!! I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will be sure to tell all of the parents at school. It is very affordable.
