What a fun place! And the staff was incredibly helpful and still cheery despite last minute Christmas eve shoppers. Ian was wonderful with helping us find exactly what we needed.
My son Alexander Graden and I were in our video studio yesterday morning to shoot and we had a consistent hiss in the playback of our lav mic. After searching every corner of Google, we jumped in the car and headed straight for Sam Ash in Clearwater, FL. The guys were super helpful in diagnosing the issue. No sales pitch was even hinted at. I had a great experience - the staff immediately offered to help and they were very helpful. On top of all that -there store is just a fun place to visit.
The staff are very knowledgeable about music and instruments and the accessories I will need make my experience best with my new Piano. They are also very friendly and I will use them again!
Great service!!!! Looked them up on phone. They had what my brother wanted held it for us & offered to order the other harmonicas. Steve was great.
It's a music supermarket. Online shopping is convenient, but isn't it great to see and touch what you are considering buying? I have purchased everything from a violin bow and string cleaner to harmonicas and an 88 keyboard.
Just left there and once again Chris in guitars gave me a great experience. There is no other place that I trust when it comes to my gear. Thanks Chris. You're a true professional.
