From the time I walked in the door , the staff were terrific . Courteous, knowledgeable ,alert without being in your face. My technician Joe got right on the task of restringing my dulcimer while I window shopped . He was great and explained things to me when I asked questions. You have an amazing store. I certainly will be back ,

I was greeted at the door, and once the people on the sales floor made their presence known to me, I was left alone to do my shopping. I've been shopping there a long time so a lot of the staff knows me. I know the layout of the store pretty well and I had a single purpose for coming and didn't need any assistance. Once I found what I was looking for, I continued to shop (got a little more than I came in for). Check out was fast and courteous.
Young feller there, [name withheld] very friendly./ I knew what I wanted, he hooked me up, I was in and out without any trouble at all.
