I have been going to Sam Ash for about 40 years now. Not only are there excellent sales teams at the various stores, but in the two that I regularly do business with,(the West 34th Street Store in NYC and the Clearwater, Florida branch) - there is a first rate repair department in both. Paul on 34th Street has become a friend over the years and Dave in Clearwater is also a super guy. Both do outstanding work. My son wanted to learn how to play the drums. We went to Sam Ash in Clearwater because it is a huge and unique store. They have everything you need if you’re a beginner, like my son, or a professional musician. While at Sam Ash, we met Kevin, who helped my son pick out the equipment a beginning drummer would need. He took all the guesswork away and didn’t try to oversell us at all. It was a very pleasant experience. Kevin was also very knowledgeable about guitars and ukuleles. It was a good day.

Great service, Mike in the Clearwater store is the best! Also traded in a guitar for a new one and Steve in the guitar store was great, let me try a bunch of guitars until I found the one I wanted!
