The 3rd party warranty company Warrantech, which Sam Ash has no direct control over, was not answering phone calls or allowing customers to make claims on their purchased warranty. Danny Russo took great care while building our deal. I am used to getting good treatment so it was a high bar to meet, and they did. James did all the paperwork fast. My new guitar is from their pre-owned selection and was worth what it cost and then some. Selection and ability to do deals the big chains just cannot seem to do. Earned my return this week for pickups.
I visited Sam Ash to pick up a mic clip but I had some questions about wireless audio systems and some issues we're having. The salesman was very helpful in answering my guestions about how to trouble shoot and potential issues with wireless systems.
Great store, always so much fun browsing. We've bought quite a few instruments from here, and have always had a pleasant experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff too. On our last trip for a Ukulele, Ian was very helpful.
