When they have good people and are on their game, they are helpful. If they have become disinterested in their customers then I would look elsewhere, but if you simply want or need something and it's there then I'd say buy it. I traded a guitar and purchased another one and it was an interesting and positive experience. I was there recently and it was like there were no employees. I saw one or two, but they worked quietly and not one person approached me or any other customer while I was there. Seems like they have poor management since it is the people in charge who determine the mood and atmosphere for a store. If they're know it all jerks, they often are clueless and blind and tend to run employees off which leads to basically hiring anyone they can get in the door to work for them. I don't know or have ever met the owner or anyone in a suit, so I don't know what their work culture or ethics are in that business.

The sales rep was knowledge and helpful. He knew what I was asking about, had a friendly and courteous manner and produced all the items I was looking for. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would do business with him again.
