From the minute I enter to the time I leave, the staff is attentive, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. They really do treat you like family. And it's nice because they recognize me as soon as I walk in. They definitely are a family there.
Everyone in the Wheeling location is so nice and helpful. This store has been taking care of me since I started playing and I don’t know Pam to ever shop at any other store. Great people!!!

We had to get the new guitar we purchased adjusted for strig buzz. Service was great. Quick and efficient. While we were there, we purchased few accessories. They had good selection and good prices.

Dave my salesman was awsome. I was comfortable that he was setting me up with a guitar based on my beginner needs and not a commision. He is well versed with instruments which was noted when customers and pther employees went to him with questions. He was the go to guy. Great buying experience. FYI...He also assisted my daughter with upgrading her guitar a couple months ago. That experience was the reason I came back forcmy guitar. Darryll
