I always have a great experience at Sam ash buffalo grove. They always treat you right. They go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchase. Fair trade prices too. Matt has gone out of his way to get the gear I want many times. Even the store manager is cool dude.
I had a 2014 Am.Std. Strat modded by Doug (SSS —> HSS, master tone, bridge splitter, neck/bridge blender), the guitar technician at this location. In a word, he’s excellent. Really. He’s a real-life, experienced, talented and active guitar player. He knows guitars in every way, especially electronics and their effect on tone. If you need guitar work, check him out. i love my local neighborhood sam ash. they're so close to my house that i can get in trouble any time i want! last night i found that they had a cool new walrus audio delay pedal in stock, and i had to rush home to grab a few things to trade in for it. i'll be back for more unexpected things soon, i'm sure. thanks matt!
