There are a couple other large guitar stores that are much closer to where I live but I will drive the few extra miles across town to come to Sam Ash. Their staff is friendly, helpful (but not over-bearing), and knowledgeable. You are greeted as you walk through the front entrance and a salesperson comes to check up on you within a short period of time to make sure you are doing okay or need any assistance.
