Helpful knowledgeable and courteous
I would drive 20 more miles to go to Sam Ash than shop at GC or online. When i walked in the store i was greeted by like 4 people and made to feel like i was at home. Only complaint is that we lost our drum department because all the music stores arw foing to this open floor plan, that o absolutely hate. Other than that, Sam Ash is the best music store in Las Vegas, hands down.
Well I love your store. I could spend days in there. But there is one thing that I wish would change... That is every time I stop in it seems I do it on the fly so the coupons you send me are always at home. So I should be able to use electronic coupons. Kinda like Smiths or Safeway. Where you could either scan my phone or I could just load the ones I want to use on my phone # since I give it to the cashier Everytime I make a purchase anyway.... The staff was professional and fun, they got me just what I needed and show me so new products that did interest me. Awesome.
You guys were great! After being " dissed" at the great gtr center I blew out and never to return. And I spent $3000 with those clowns! Randy at the Vegas store really went out of his way to help me. He was kind, thoughtful and caring to hearing how all my gear had been stolen. He deserves a bonus!! Thanks Sam Ash!
Employees are big help. Ask for recommendations and they'll give it to you. They seem they know what their doing.
Great customer services always very helpful, generous, and smart. These people know what they are doing and help out in whatever i may need. Nothing tops the great feedback and recomendations they offer than i recieve in other stores.
