Riley at the Raleigh store is great! I live about 2 and a half hours away from the store. So, Riley lets me know about what to expect when I get to the store. I really appreciate that very much! The staff has always been so good to work with and the prices are as good as anywhere on line!
I've visited my local Sam Ash a few times in the past, mainly to just look around, but I wanted and needed a drum throne, so purchased one there. The sales guy in the drum department, Matt, was very helpful during the entire experience. Even found out that he is a drummer, himself.
The store in Raleigh is a "mega store" in every sense. Gear from beginner to pro in abundance. Nice sales staff too.
