Sam did a fantastic job helping me pick a sound system. He went above and beyond to make sure I made the best purchase.
I bought a keyboard, took it home, middle c did not play and then it did and then it didn't. Took it back to store and was assisted with no hassle. New board coming in a few days and they let me keep defective one in the meantime.
Everyone was super nice and made our buying experience for our daughter's first flute really enjoyable and exciting. Thank you so much!
When arriving in the store, we were greeted by several salesman, as well as the manager, & directed to the appropriate area. The salesman in keyboards was great. There was another customer looking at instruments also, but he was great at dividing his time to meet everyone's needs. He provided us with all the information we needed to make a purchase that we are very happy with.
The customer service was really good. He was knowledgeable and was a great help.

Beginner bass selection was great! Our local Sam Ash had everything we were looking for and the staff was friendly and accommodating, including ordering a case that they did not have on hand. All staff was friendly and helpful.
