i always have an excellent experience here. Gary, the guitar tech is awesome. i attempted to install a midi pickup on one of my guitars, and failed miserably. Gary got it up and running and did a great setup. You would have to pay me to bring my beloved axes to Guitar Center.
This was my first time in a Sam Ash Music Store and it was a great experience! From being greeted at the door by friendly and helpful people to making a purchase with help from Tommy in Guitar accessories, it was a pleasure. Nice folks, great gear and a good purchase! SUPER!!
I've been shopping consistently at this Sam Ash location for almost 6 years now. I've always enjoyed the selection and the fair prices. Most of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, though I can't say every visit has been great. Compared to the competition across the street though it is far and away the better choice. For my location I haven't found any better option for choice or convenience.
When you step in to the store they make you fill like they are your old friend that you can trust. The advise you according to your needs not in order to sell. Thank you all of you for your honesty, God bless you.

Had a great experience at Sam Ash, getting my son set up with an amp, etc. for his new guitar. We also had my daughter's ukulele restrung. Wade was great. We will be back.
