I've done a lot of business there, and everybody is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had a guitar repair done, and it was handled professionally and at very reasonable price.
They took the time to make sure my experience was the best! Robert, Isaiah, and Brian all took extremely good care of me and I had a blast buying my 1st guitar! 10/10 in my book!
Excellent customer service. Visited Guitar Center in Mayfield the day prior to my visit at Sam Ash. The level of customer service at Sam Ash was far superior. In spite of being absolutely swamped in the guitar and amplifier section, the salesperson “Isaiah”, went above and beyond to take care of us. I purchased and inexpensive amplifier and cables to get me started. But, I’ll definitely be back in the near future to purchase my next guitar.
The Lyndhurst Sam Ash store has consistently been my favorite music store to shop in since the pandemic hit. They always have a wide variety of used gear that is unparalleled by local shops of the last 2 years, and have a great staff with people like Robert, Graham, and Lucien consistently providing high quality service that isn’t found with their local competitors. Can’t recommend this store enough!
