Aiden was patient and very helpful in helping me select a used guitar suitable for a beginner. The section at Sam Ash was good and the prices fair. Not pressure, just good service and friendly atmosphere.

I ordered a flute for my daughter from a different store which did not arrive on time. I sound myself in an urgent need for a flute, at 6:15pm when she has band the next day. I called your store in King of Prussia where I was answered by a nice representative who waited for me till I arrived (at 7pm which is the closing time). When I arrived, he was very gracious and patient, took the time to explain things to me and even found me a flute to buy which was cheaper than renting. The gentlemen that helped me choose between a couple guitars was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. It was a great experience. I purchased a Yamaha CSF-TA guitar at the King of Prussia, PA location.

Ordered a web site or Cherry Hill store only guitar item from the King of Prussia store. Mike was great and it is now shipping direct to my home. Sam Ash has a huge selection of everything, it's like Disneyland for music people.
