I have always gotten the best service from Sam Ash employees. The ONLY problem I have with that organization is that after over a decade of purchasing from them and having spent literally $10,000+ in their store I still get treated like I'm a first time customer who just wandered in off the street every time I go there to make a purchase. They all know me and are very friendly but so are the people at my local convenience store. I ordered a guitar online and i was sent the wrong guitar. So i decided to drive from Allentown pa .to Philadelphia ( king of prussa ) to the nearest sam ash store to return the guitar, and see if thay had what i ordered in there store , the store manager was great and treated me like a old friend ( we just met) he told me not to worry about a thing thay would take care of everything.
