What a wonderful store! I googled a product’s name and found the listing on Sam’s. It was the best deal so I bought it. Then I googled another product later in the day and saw Sam had it. Again the best price. I was delighted when both products arrived in Portland Oregon in a few days! What a great music store!

Your associate Taylor Walker from your Raleigh store contacted me about an additional $100 off for an open box guitar with a couple tiny dings on the back you can barely see. Of course, I jumped on that deal! Having owned a Les Paul before, I recognize guitars are for playing, and not putting behind glass displays. Taylor was attentive to all my questions and requests. She provided prompt and excellent service. It was a fantastic shopping experience!
