After dealing with all the other online music stores I have made Sam Ash my go-to store to buy an instrument. If they are not the lowest price they fix it with coupon. I also like that I get my new instrument in an unopened, factory sealed box. Another dealer who “inspects” and then ships sent me an obviously used guitar!
Unfortunately i forgot my salesman name but I went to the Springfield location on March 22 and saw a Fender American Professinal II Jazz Bass that I knew I wanted having already owned two. I plugged it in, played it and loved it. Salesman came over and started chatting with me about it. I told him I’ll take it but the action was a bit high for my liking. Love this dynamic microphone. I purchased a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 4th Gen. to get more gain and it works awesome! Definitely for low end sound or podcasting.
I had a less than ideal situation with my order. I missed the first delivery attempt and was unable to arrange for a hold without contacting Sam Ash first. However, the request for hold did no go into account until the 3rd failed attempt at delivery, and was not at the hold location indicated in the request.
