Mike Friedman saved the day. I had ordered my guitar and a month went by with no updates as you awaited stock. One day the order was cancelled out of the blue. I was done ands about to go elsewhere when Mike contacted me and got me my guitar at the great price I was promised. Kudos to him because you would have lost that same for sure.

Product received as described! Received in two separate deliveries which is not an issue considering the winter storm we had and hats off to whoever packaged the drum kit! Watched the doorbell video and was expecting the worst when I saw the first delivery driver slinging four of the boxes from my sidewalk to my porch, but happy to say the drums survived. Huge thank you for not skimping on the bubble wrap! Will definitely use Sam Ash again!

Cust service at the store was great as always and was a great product. The only thing that could be better is to send a confirmation email when the package gets to the store. I waited a week on a confirmation email just to find out it had been there all week when I checked the shipping update. Other than that it was great.
