Ordered a guitar from Sam Ash and shipment was delayed. Called customer service and they got it shipped to me right away. When it arrived at my home, I tested it and discovered that the guitar was defective and would not play correctly (electronics issue). I once again called customer service and an identical replacement guitar was shipped to me immediately. The replacement guitar played perfectly. Thank You, Sam Ash....... I will miss y'all.
