The setting is in downtown San Leandro so city living is an adjustment, including dealing with homeless population. But actual apartment although small is within building that is kept clean. But the upside is availability the broad choices of dining options as well as other stores like Safeway, Walmart, CVS pharmacies ,Post office, banks and service providers including dry cleaners to beauty shops and even nearby Kaiser Hospital and car dealerships. Very very good excellent service! Love this place [name removed]& [name removed]and all staff very professional and caring ?? absolutely clean housing friendly, welcoming spirits and personalities we hope my dad will be approved for this place. He really loves the concerns and care

I would recommend living here what an awesome environment. Friendly helpful great place to live. All are the best. What a great place All are awesome. Wonderful people who live here they are friendly and great to be friends with.

I work quite a bit. I'm very rarely here. However, so far it's been pretty good. Some of the repair work .And the times that they do the repairing is somewhat questionable. But overall, I would give it a three

My brother has moved into their independent living. Assisted living would be out of our reach. So far the staff and facility are lovely. The neighborhood where it's located is outstanding. Almost everything he needs within walking distance or a short ride on public transportation.

A little bit bureaucratic. I wanted to put in a couple and grab bars, and they made me get a note from my doctor before I could do it; apparently what I want is not good enough. Nice and quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro is a nice place. My mom likes it and feels safe and comfortable there.

[name remove] always have a smile and needy to help. [name remove] is perky! They all dress very nice representing Pacifica. All the staff are great! They are friendly and professional. The dress in a very dignified style. That adds a touch of elegance to the community. [name removed] is friendly! [name removed]

I am still here and enjoying my stay . I am hoping to continue increasing my independence. the staff here always greet you by name, smile and ask how you are and keep you posted about events, meetings and ice cream socials. They help me a lot. Activities have variety, tomorrow we go to the Zoo. We do crafts, we did tie-dye shirts. There is always someone to talk or walk with. There is a place to go to be alone when you need it.
