Pacifica San Leandro is a high quality living environment where all residents have access to a diverse array of activities and services to help them pass the day in creative and productive ways. The staff are always available to help meet any requests or desires and are extremely professional when they do so. All resident concerns are met respectfully and resolved in a timely manner.

[name removed] the business office manger is a very friendly person - Greets everyone at breakfast. She makes our facility a beautiful place to be in - The care help is very friendly and helpful - The food is great. Our activity director keeps us busy and happy.

Facility is nice and well maintained. Majority of the staff is very good. However, there seems to be a staffing shortage. Rent is expensive, but it includes laundry and cleaning services.

I lived here for the last 6 months. I’ve had excellent care since I’ve been here. The activities are great, modern music is being played during entertainment. It’s lively and everybody enjoys it because they can relate to it. The elders actively danced, laugh, smile, and just having a good time. The Activities Director is great. She keeps us busy all the time, full of energy, and she’s good at what she does. This place wouldn’t be the same without her. The food is very good. Seems to be a great community for those who live here. I enjoy coming here to play piano for worship and talking to the residents.

I appreciate the care and concern of the care staff. The cleanliness of our rooms and laundry chores are outstanding. The food is very good and is very digestible. Lai, our Activities Director keeps us busy doing fun activities and it wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable without her. What a great place to live!
