This has been a very good experience for my friend and us. The staff are very helpful, and my friend was able to adapt quickly to the community. Some of the activities available to the residents are entertainment, bingo, movie nights, and more for the residents to participate in. My friend enjoys the meals served. The meals are served three times a day and there are choices of meals for the residents to choose from.
[name removed] greeted us with warmth and knew the names of all of the residents. The facility was clean and well organized.
When I was told I would need to fine a new "home", I was fortunate to find Pacifica where the management and particularly the staff help make living here a treat. I have not seen another senior living facility that is so high goal setting that makes residents comfortable!

Very impressed with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Facility is welcoming and spotlessly clean. Lots of activities to do and fabulous meals.
Our loved one really likes the director [name removed] and most of the staff that she has been in contact with. However they could work to improve their communication with the residents especially when it comes to the updates with covid. They could also work on their billing we have had some confusion and inconsistencies.
