My dad & I toured Pacifica, looking for a place for my Grandma. We are impressed with the facility overall, including the activities and meal menu, friendliness of staff & cleanliness.

Living here I feel safe, taken care of and grateful. Staff knows me personally and take care of my apartment, linen, and showering.

[name removed] (activities coordinator) she's a very nice lady, always kind and helpful. she goes over and beyond with nice gestures for my mother. [name removed] is an awesome addition to Pacifica staff.

The place is very nice and clean and well laid out. The food is great. I can't say too much about the service. It just seems like they're understaffed, and my person has a hard time getting help sometimes. But I think they're trying to do the best they can.
