I feel so lucky to have found Pacifica San Leandro. The building does not feel institutional. The staff helped my mom adjust in so many ways. They went out of their way to know her. And they know me when I showed up. Yes, they have a real person answer the phone!

My dad feels like living in a hotel. He is very happy with the daily activities. meals and his room is always clean. We are very thankful for his happy stay.

My loved one was there for just a short while, but we were really pleased with Pacifica San Leandro. Sometimes I had a hard time getting in touch with the Executive Director. But the staff were really accommodating, and my loved one was very comfortable during his last days there.

This has been a very good experience for my friend and us. The staff are very helpful, and my friend was able to adapt quickly to the community. Some of the activities available to the residents are entertainment, bingo, movie nights, and more for the residents to participate in. My friend enjoys the meals served. The meals are served three times a day and there are choices of meals for the residents to choose from.

When I was told I would need to fine a new "home", I was fortunate to find Pacifica where the management and particularly the staff help make living here a treat. I have not seen another senior living facility that is so high goal setting that makes residents comfortable!
