I love how the staff treats/interacts with my mother. they appear very caring. the facility is clean and they provide activities. my concern is the food. I feel that the choices could be healthier. none baked chicken, fish, etc. less salt. less pork. everyone is senior and should have healthy meals to sustain the quality of life.
overall, things are fine - services for me are great. rooms are fine, but as always there is a lot of room for improvements - personnel, food and services,
Pacifica San Leandro is great! super activities, great meals, such kind caregivers! and always available if my mom is needing some extra help.
