I cannot recommend Phong Nguyen enough as a loan agent. As a first time home buyer (especially in today's market), I was very nervous and overwhelmed with the process of buying a home. Im not kidding when I say that Fred is one of the best in the business. Knowledgeable, professional, and timely with communications. His rates are also the best around, we asked multiple different lenders and Fred beat them all. He also single handily helped keep our buyer in the game when a big bank decided to just stop working with them. Once again, I cannot recommend Fred enough!!
Joe did a Jumbo loan for me and got everything completed in SIXTEEN days (most companies require at the minimum 30 to finish). I start the process with the lender the realtor recommended and after about 2 weeks, I didn’t have confidence that the other lender would be able to complete the loan on time. I’ve been back and forth looking into refinancing my home. When I decided to see about moving forward thru an online search I was inundated with calls to the point that I couldn’t hardly answer my phone without it being a lender.
