Phong Nguyen just completed our home refinance and did a fabulous job. He advised us right away when market conditions had improved in order to start the refinance process and found the best rates. This is my second time using Arshia to meet our VA Loan needs. I did a refinance with cash out almost a year ago to make improvements to our home.
