I'm writing this because I don't have the best of situations for a traditional lender. My wife and I own rental property and I am self employed so getting us qualified was tricky for lack of a better word. I am grateful for Trent and his team for working through our situation and walking through everything.
Trent closed our refinance in 2 weeks. The communication and ease was excellent, not to mention the rate we got was much lower than we expected. Highly recommended.
