Im not kidding when I say that Fred is one of the best in the business. Knowledgeable, professional, and timely with communications. His rates are also the best around, we asked multiple different lenders and Fred beat them all. Joe did a Jumbo loan for me and got everything completed in SIXTEEN days (most companies require at the minimum 30 to finish). I start the process with the lender the realtor recommended and after about 2 weeks, I didn’t have confidence that the other lender would be able to complete the loan on time. I asked him if he would be able to complete everything in time and he said it was possible. When I decided to see about moving forward thru an online search I was inundated with calls to the point that I couldn’t hardly answer my phone without it being a lender.
