Saxton Mortgage was awesome. They had the most competitive rate for our VA IRRRL refi and they were very professional throughout the process. At one point we almost went with another lender who did a bait and switch to try to gain our business. We ran into some delays due to the property seller/agent not being cooperative. But Deion was proactive in giving us the help and resources we needed to have a good experience regardless of the situation. We can’t control what happens, only how we react to it, and Deion did a great job meeting my family’s needs.

Thanh is amazing! He is extremely kind and patient. During our refinance he explained everything so clearly and worked with us for a long time until we found the payment we were looking for.
Took the time to explain various loan options and creatively found ways to lower our closing cost. He is definitely knowledgeable when it comes to loan options. And when it comes to customer service, he went above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Brandon is personable, courteous and respectful. Definitely recommend him and would consider working with him again in the future.

I had the opportunity to work with Brandon while securing a load from an LLC. My parents were his clients and I was the go-between due to their technological shortcomings. Brandon and Saxton were extremely helpful and patient, but quick to close the much-needed loan. After dealing with big banks for 2.5 months and frustrations of my retired parents, Saxton Mortgage and Brandon absolutely put the big banks to shame. I can't recommend Saxton and Brandon enough!
