I was really skeptical in refinancing my home as I got a different quotes from many people and they wanted to charge so much money and it was not making a sense to refinance. Then I worked with Thanh and he offered me a great deal, 1.25% less interest rate than what I was paying for and no cost. No body was able to beat that offer. I will definitely go back to him if the interest rates goes down again..

Phong cold called me two days before we were due to close with another mortgage company. My experience with them was so poor that I decided to hear him out. Had full approval within two days and fully funded with cash from equity in hand before the other company even provided full approval. Software was very slick and Phong was attentive to the process. And…I got a much better rate and deal that I wanted. I highly recommend Phong Nguyen!!
