Phong cold called me two days before we were due to close with another mortgage company. My experience with them was so poor that I decided to hear him out. Had full approval within two days and fully funded with cash from equity in hand before the other company even provided full approval. Software was very slick and Phong was attentive to the process. And…I got a much better rate and deal that I wanted. I highly recommend Phong Nguyen!!
