John Curry refused to fix my car due to I put up a review up on the bad service I was receiving at the time and also them trying to charge me for parts that I have warranty on. He blocked my review after he called me and yelled at me stating he just got yelled at for my review. SO DISCUSTED WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I have been buying cars from this dealership for the past 7 years from Tom Ford who is absoultely AMAZING! "Their mistake became my problem" First of all, this dealership, like many others, wants 5 star reviews for just doing what is expected of them." Give me 5 stars for changing the oil on your car." "Rude and hours listed are incorrect " I called multiple times finally getting a return call hours later. The service I was looking to have done should take less then one hour this information coming from both a service tech from another state and online. The website clearly states the service department is open until 6pm yet I was rudely informed if I wanted this service preformed I would need to come no later then 3:30 pm. "Service Consultant the best in the industry!" Coming in for service is a pleasure working with my Service Consultant. Talks you through options and alternatives while making sure they have a clear understanding of what the issue is. The Mechanics did not balance my tires when doing the oil change, AC inspection - that required a part to be ordered and will be installed at a later date, and tire rotation.
