"Service experience" I was greeted promptly and directed to the service rep. The service rep assigned to me was very professional and made me feel important (not just a number). Explained to me the process and asked if I had any questions. Actually walked me into the waiting area after he was done obtaining information from me. Additionally the shuttle driver Sam was very friendly and considerate of everyone in the vans needs.
"Leasing Experience" My leasing experience at Schumacher was a great one. I would definitely lease from them again. My sales associate was great. He really took the time and went over everything with me.

"In and out quickly!" My appt was for 10:30 had to wait but was told they would take me home if I wanted and pick me up when car was ready! They had it ready in less than an hr. Oil change tire rotation and wash and vacuum . Took the coupons and found a $50.00 credit was a great deal! Jose was the best!
"Fast and friendly service" On time from the minute I drove up! I would recommend this dealership from sales and service! We will always come back to Schumacher for future purchases.
"Excellent Customer Service" I needed oil change and didn't have an appointment, but I still received prompt and excellent care and on my way in an hour. My loyalty points made it even better as it paid for the oil change!
"Robert is the best!!!" Our salesman Robert was incredibly patient and we so appreciated that . He worked very hard in finding us exactly what we were looking for...available on his cell phone on his days off and after hours. His warm and low key personality made us feel he really cared to see us purchase something we really liked, not the typical salesmen personality, eager to just make a sale...big time turn off for us! I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach dealership. My salesman was Anthony Orio. The purchase was made remotely as I am in AZ. Anthony was deceptive when describing the vehicle’s condition. Prior to purchase I had them do a walk around video and the car appeared in great condition. I specifically asked if the vehicle was fully operational and was told it had no issues. This is the best that I could put at this time. Schumacher has been in possession of my car for a seventh day now. When I can speak to someone I am told that they are still trouble shooting and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I receive no call backs from my service manager.
