RecommendedI’ve been servicing my vehicle at this dealer since I first got it 2 years ago. The main reason I keep coming back is the great customer service, specially from service advisor Wilson. He makes sure my car gets fixed/serviced and always accommodates for any transportation arrangements I may need while the car is at the dealer.

RecommendedHad an issue with my battery dying on me twice in one week! I live in Stuart and tried to go to the service department there to have my new battery replaced but they had no available appointments for a week and were rude on top of it! So I made the drive down to Northlake to the north palm location and am so happy i did! Ralph helped me out and was so kind, personable and knowledgeable! Great customer service, had my battery replaced and got a free car wash all within about 20 minutes! Thank you for your help, Ralph!
