"Pleasant Sales Experience" Dealing with Joel and General Sales Manager, Lou, were good interactions despite it being a holiday weekend (Memorial Day). They were straight forward interacting with us and we knew where the negotiations stood at all times. That is the pleasant end to the scenario. "EXCELLENT" Very professional ,Joel really knows the electronics of the XC 90 and very good at explaining in detail, and how to use( everything.) Joel spent a lot of time to show me all the vehicles in stock to make sure I knew what I was buying.
"Joel was very helpful" I never approach buying a car lightly, especially if it's a used one. Joel Capaz was friendly, professional and not "pushy". After visiting a couple of other dealerships, I called Joel and told him I'm coming back to buy my Volvo from him.
